I was wanting to get hats for our employees as a reward for outstanding sales. Josh was very helpful with the design process to make sure the hats turned out the way I wanted. Josh was also very responsive through our email conversation and was able to get the hats to me and our employees very quickly. I will recommend American Bison Hats for anyone looking for quality custom hats.

I’ve ordered from here twice now. My first hat was something I never truly expected to be such a remarkably perfected hat with the exact colors and designs I wanted. Josh was extremely thorough in making sure I got exactly what I’d asked for. I ordered 100+ Hats for my business to give out to customers, employees and friends. Not only did Josh have them ready quickly and exactly when he said he would, but they came out even better than i imagined. He took my logos and made modifications to them knowing what would look better with his machine, and honestly, he made them even better than they were. Josh made the process easy and seamless even though i tried to make it difficult by ordering 3 different logos on 6 different hat styles, wanting to mix and match every one. Once this batch is all gone, i will be ordering from American Bison Hat Company again. I would recommend them to anyone!

These hats are fantastic! We added a custom design and decided that the patch color we chose probably wasn't the best... Josh at American Bison Design Co sent me an updated proof on a different color patch right away! Our order was completed so fast and we are so impressed with the quality! 15/10 stars recommend!!!!
