I’ve ordered from here twice now. My first hat was something I never truly expected to be such a remarkably perfected hat with the exact colors and designs I wanted. Josh was extremely thorough in making sure I got exactly what I’d asked for. And now that I am ordering my second hat, he has yet again been extremely responsive, helpful, thorough, and just overall pleasant to speak with and do business with. I’ll forever remain a customer of here because I’ve never seen such remarkable quality and customer service and commitment to excellence in a company. I ordered 100+ Hats for my business to give out to customers, employees and friends. Not only did Josh have them ready quickly and exactly when he said he would, but they came out even better than i imagined. He took my logos and made modifications to them knowing what would look better with his machine, and honestly, he made them even better than they were. Josh made the process easy and seamless even though i tried to make it difficult by ordering 3 different logos on 6 different hat styles, wanting to mix and match every one. Once this batch is all gone, i will be ordering from American Bison Hat Company again. I would recommend them to anyone!
