SPECS
Most of our hats are snap-back, trucker style mesh backing, one size fits most. The DLAXX has a buckle enclosure with fabric panels.

Alternative hats are available depending on availability. Please contact us at josh@americanbisondesign.com if you'd like a different hat than what we have shown.
UPLOADING IMAGES
Uploaded images will be inspected and refined so that we may use them in the patch making process. Not all designs are accepted, and some may not appear correctly in the customizer view.
Please note that any type of shading or gradients are not possible for us to engrave, the engraving is binary/2-tone. Black is engraved, white is not engraved (bare leather)
Within 3-5 business days you may be contacted via email with an image proof as soon as we are finished with this process.
Once the proof is accepted, we will begin production on the order.
PRODUCTION TIME
Order production time for custom patch hats may take between 1-3 weeks depending on volume.
Orders between 1 and 5 can typically take between 2-5 days, depending on current stock.
Orders for custom patches without hats may take up to 5 days depending on quantity.
Please note, these times do not include transit times after shipment.
FREE SHIPPING / LOCAL PICKUP
We offer free shipping on all of our items, no matter the quantity.
We typically ship USPS, but large orders may ship FedEx Home Delivery.
Local customers may opt to pickup. Please contact us ahead of time to confirm pickup availability, unless discussed prior.
CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to cancel your custom order, depending on where your order is in production, 50% of the total amount may be withheld from the refund.

He took my logos and made modifications to them knowing what would look better with his machine, and honestly, he made them even better than they were.
